Shipping policy

My products are on hand at my fullfilment warehouse (White Squirrel in Everett, WA). They aim to get your order out within a week of placing it. You will receive tracking once it is packed up. Please allow a day or two for tracking statuses to update.

• EXCLUSION: If your order contains an Heirloom print, please note that the whole order is subject to up to 1 week of additional turnaround time. The extra time is to allow for the fact that nearly all heirloom prints are made-to-order after you purchase, and need to be small-batch printed, then sent to the warehouse to fulfill. This made-to-order model allows me to offer more print choices and sizes than I ever would be able to otherwise in this more expensive item. Thank you for your patience! I promise the quality is worth the extra wait.

 

• During pre-orders, sales, and holiday seasons, shipping time may fluctuate to accomodate increased order volume. I do my best to update here accordingly.

 

• Choosing a faster shipping option at checkout will NOT rush your order. This only ensures it will move faster within USPS once it is in their hands.

 

• Choosing US letter mail will not provide tracking information, but is a great option for stickers :)
